  • "Best butcher shop in a very large area. We drive from Madison and have a great lunch while picking up the best meat anywhere around! Staff are beyond helpful!'

    —Richard Holdridge

  • "Best smoked sausage I've ever had. Been eating it for 40 years."

    —Trip Lancaster

  • "Very nice place. Friendly staff and very helpful. Was my first time and everything was so organized and easy to navigate. I was wanting to talk with the owner, but it looked like he was offering the same treatment he offered me as first time customer, a friendly walk through. Maybe next time Such a blessing to have found a great meat market locally."

    —Stephen Middleton

  • "The pork chops could not have been more tender and flavorful. I made succotash with limas and corn-so fresh, no seasoning was even needed. And the biscuits? It was hard for me to share them with my family. The owner’s so personable, the staff so gracious-what’s not to love?!"

    —Denise Sinco
